Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the Orange Online website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Orange Online provides digital marketing services including but not limited to social media marketing, logo designing, SEO, content creation, and website development. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

As a client, you agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery • Make timely payments as per agreed schedules • Provide necessary approvals, feedback, and assets within agreed timelines • Not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose • Maintain confidentiality of any login credentials we provide

All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Payments are due as per the agreed invoice schedule. We reserve the right to suspend services in case of delayed payment. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Once creative work has commenced, refunds may not be issued for completed deliverables. Any refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of service delivery.

Upon receipt of full payment, intellectual property rights for custom deliverables (logos, website designs, content) transfer to the client. Orange Online retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any tools, frameworks, or third-party assets used in service delivery remain subject to their respective licences.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of our agreement for a period of 2 years.

Orange Online shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We do not guarantee specific results from our marketing services, as outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.

Our services may involve the use of third-party platforms (Meta, Google, etc.). You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of those platforms. Orange Online is not liable for changes in third-party platform policies that may affect service outcomes.

Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you are required to pay for all work completed up to the termination date. We will provide all completed deliverables and transfer any relevant assets upon receipt of final payment.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Guwahati, Assam.
